BTS undertook a comprehensive review of surplus property for a client, to identify potential development opportunities and provide a delivery strategy across the entire portfolio. We considered constraints and opportunities, and assessed multiple sites in terms of legal, technical, transport, utility, planning considerations, as well as values.
