How we work
Times are changing and working patterns are too. People often find it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. Part-time employees can be under-valued compared to their full-time colleagues, and find it harder to gain promotion. As of 30 June 2014 all employees were afforded the right to request flexible working but employers don’t have to accept such requests.
BTS is different
All our employees are actively encouraged to work flexible hours because we want to create a great working environment. By offering working hours that suit our team members’ day to day lives, we believe this strengthens our relationships. It also increases our productivity because our people are given the space they need to work more effectively.
We recognise that our team members’ circumstances do not detract from the valuable skills and experience they have to offer. Everyone is given the opportunity to use their talents and be rewarded for them in a way that will fit with their lifestyle and our company goals.
