Relocation of Utility Constraint on Landmark Redevelopment Project at Nil Cost
BTS successfully established landowner legal rights, and undertook technical negotiations relating to a significant utility constraint on a major mixed use development site. BTS secured a full cost contribution for the diversion and agreed a viable diversion route with the Distribution Network Operator, no small feat given the congested location. The solution will release additional development land across the site within a timeframe compatible with the overall site delivery timeline.
